Blueberry and Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients

  • 120g oats
  • 600ml innocent unsweetened oat drink
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Sliced bananas
  • Melted chocolate
  • Chia berry jam
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Weigh out the oats into a saucepan and add the cinnamon and blueberries, then pour over the innocent unsweetened oat drink.

  2. For a creamier porridge, leave the ingredients to soak in the pan for 20 minutes before cooking.

  3. Gently heat the porridge, stirring regularly until the oats are soft and creamy.

  4. Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, a spoonful of chia berry jam, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
