Blueberry and Cinnamon Porridge
Ingredients
- 120g oats
- 600ml innocent unsweetened oat drink
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Sliced bananas
- Melted chocolate
- Chia berry jam
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Weigh out the oats into a saucepan and add the cinnamon and blueberries, then pour over the innocent unsweetened oat drink.
For a creamier porridge, leave the ingredients to soak in the pan for 20 minutes before cooking.
Gently heat the porridge, stirring regularly until the oats are soft and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, a spoonful of chia berry jam, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
