Loaded Oatmeal Bowl with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @drinkkoia vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop @vitalproteins
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Toppings

  • bananas
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • hemp seeds
  • a good drizzle of peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the Koia vanilla, oats, vital proteins, protein powder, and chia seeds in a saucepan.

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
