Loaded Oatmeal Bowl with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup @drinkkoia vanilla
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings
- bananas
- strawberries
- blueberries
- cacao nibs
- hemp seeds
- a good drizzle of peanut butter
Preparation
Combine the Koia vanilla, oats, vital proteins, protein powder, and chia seeds in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
