Baked Oats with Banana, Apple, and Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 160g oats
- 475ml coconut milk
- 2 egg whites
Topping
- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
Preparation
Take 160g oats and spread them out in an 8x6 baking dish
Place fruit on the top of the oats
Whisk 475 ml coconut milk and 2 egg whites in a separate bowl
Pour the mixture into the oats and fruit
Bake them at 275 for 35 minutes
