Baked Oats with Banana, Apple, and Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 160g oats
  • 475ml coconut milk
  • 2 egg whites

Topping

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple

Preparation

  1. Take 160g oats and spread them out in an 8x6 baking dish

  2. Place fruit on the top of the oats

  3. Whisk 475 ml coconut milk and 2 egg whites in a separate bowl

  4. Pour the mixture into the oats and fruit

  5. Bake them at 275 for 35 minutes
