Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 green-tipped banana
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin (canned or boxed)
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 2 raw eggs (use protein powder instead if raw eggs are a big NO for you)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Small handful ice
  • Water, if needed
