Lavender Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop cocoa and blueberry protein powder
  • 1 drop lavender oil

Toppings

  • toasted coconut
  • pepitas
  • chia or hemp seeds
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all the base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
