Easy Healthy Banana Blueberry Smoothie Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen peeled zucchini
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of blue spirulina (optional)
  • Rice milk to blend

Preparation
