Matcha and Pitaya Yogurt Jars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick coconut yoghurt
  • 1 spoon cashew butter
  • 2 spoons maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp agar agar
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute.

  2. Pour into 2 jars.

  3. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

  4. Decorate with fresh fruits.

  5. Blend frozen bananas with pink pitaya powder for pink smoothie.
