Matcha and Pitaya Yogurt Jars
Ingredients
- 2 cups thick coconut yoghurt
- 1 spoon cashew butter
- 2 spoons maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp agar agar
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute.
Pour into 2 jars.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours.
Decorate with fresh fruits.
Blend frozen bananas with pink pitaya powder for pink smoothie.
