- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup for chocolate sauce
- 3 tbsp cacao powder for chocolate sauce
Purple dream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
Pink dream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen papaya or mango
- 1/3 cup frozen pitaya
- 1/3 cup plant milk
Preparation
Use frozen fruit
Use a food processor or high speed blender
Do not add too much liquid
Have patience and let it churn to become creamy, scraping the sides down as needed
