  • 4 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2-3 tsp blue spirulina

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder

Crunchy triple choc

  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup for chocolate sauce
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder for chocolate sauce

Purple dream

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder

Pink dream

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen papaya or mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen pitaya
  • 1/3 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Use frozen fruit

  2. Use a food processor or high speed blender

  3. Do not add too much liquid

  4. Have patience and let it churn to become creamy, scraping the sides down as needed
