Ocean Parfaits with Fresh Fruits and Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 quinoa pops
  • kiwi and mango
  • coconut yogurt

Smoothie mix

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Small handful frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Preparation

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients until combined.

  2. Layer the parfait from the bottom: add fruit, pour quinoa, add yogurt, then pour the smoothie.

  3. Enjoy!
