Ocean Parfaits with Fresh Fruits and Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 quinoa pops
- kiwi and mango
- coconut yogurt
Smoothie mix
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Small handful frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Preparation
Blend all the smoothie ingredients until combined.
Layer the parfait from the bottom: add fruit, pour quinoa, add yogurt, then pour the smoothie.
