Ingredients

  • handful of mango pieces
  • banana
  • pineapple pieces
  • kale
  • spinach
  • cucumber
  • kiwifruit
  • 1 teaspoon matcha

  • few blueberries
  • organic granola
  • coconut water
  • probiotic yogurt
  • chia seeds

Preparation
