Post-Workout Berry Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup berries
- 1/2 cup steamed then frozen
- 1 scoop natural vegan protein
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
Toppings
- Coconut flakes
- mint from Tommy’s garden
- granola
Preparation
Blend the main ingredients together until smooth
