Post-Workout Berry Cauliflower Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen
  • 1 scoop natural vegan protein
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

Toppings

  • Coconut flakes
  • mint from Tommy’s garden
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Blend the main ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
