  • 6 dates (high fiber and nutrient dense - soak for 2 hours in water - remove seed)
  • Dash of vanilla
  • drizzle of water


  1. Blend in food processor and bam! Enjoy with optional toppings: frozen berries, fresh fruit or nuts of choice
