Raw Vegan Pea Dip for Veggies
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen green peas
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoons tahini
- Coarse salt and pepper
Preparation
Leave peas to thaw out until unfrozen
Pulse peas in a food processor with mint, lemon zest and juice, garlic, avocado, and tahini
Season with sea salt and pepper
Dip options: use sliced mushrooms, carrots, broccoli or any veggie of choice and dip away
