Raw Vegan Pea Dip for Veggies


  • 3 cups frozen green peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoons tahini
  • Coarse salt and pepper


  1. Leave peas to thaw out until unfrozen

  2. Pulse peas in a food processor with mint, lemon zest and juice, garlic, avocado, and tahini

  3. Season with sea salt and pepper

  4. Dip options: use sliced mushrooms, carrots, broccoli or any veggie of choice and dip away
