Ingredients

  • Blend in 1 frozen banana
  • 2 slices of frozen pineapple
  • heap of washed kale
  • 1/4 of a largish beet
  • handful blackberries... Whiz whizz with coconut water . Pour into a jar and swirl in a 1/4 cup of coconut milk... Holy yum!! The coconut milk at the end makes a huge difference
