Redsmoothie
Ingredients
- Blend in 1 frozen banana
- 2 slices of frozen pineapple
- heap of washed kale
- 1/4 of a largish beet
- handful blackberries... Whiz whizz with coconut water . Pour into a jar and swirl in a 1/4 cup of coconut milk... Holy yum!! The coconut milk at the end makes a huge difference
