Refreshing Red and Green Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raspberries (for red smoothie)
- 1 frozen banana (for red smoothie)
- 1 tomato (for red smoothie)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (for red smoothie)
- 1/4 cup peaches (for red smoothie)
- 1 tsp carrot powder (for red smoothie)
- 1/4 cup coconut water (for red smoothie)
- 1 royal gala apple (for red smoothie)
- 1 kiwifruit (for green smoothie)
- 1 banana (for green smoothie)
- 1 tsp matcha (for green smoothie)
- 1 tsp wheat grass powder (for green smoothie)
- toasted granola (for toppings)
- chia seeds (for toppings)
Preparation
Wash all fruits and prepare ingredients by cutting into pieces if necessary
Blend the red smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth
Blend the green smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth
Pour the smoothie into a bowl, add toasted granola and chia seeds on top, and serve immediately
