Tropical Tangy Smoothie with Banana and Mango
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 tangerines
- 1.5 cups frozen mango
- pinky of fresh ginger
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut or 1/2 cup coconut milk
- splash of water (if not using coconut milk)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix.
