Tropical Tangy Smoothie with Banana and Mango

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • pinky of fresh ginger
  • 1/8 cup shredded coconut or 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • splash of water (if not using coconut milk)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix.

  2. Enjoy the smoothie.
