Great Skin Boosting Avocado Cashew Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1/2 tsp raw cinnamon powder
- small handful of cashews
- 1/2 avocado
- ginger (optional)
- small handful of spinach
- coconut water
Preparation
Soak cashews in water for a couple of hours if your blender is not powerful.
Cover all ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth.
