Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1tbsp #cacao.
- 1/2 tsp raw #cinnamon powder from @indigo_herbs .
- a small handful of #cashews .
- 1/2 #avocado .
- ginger optional.
- small handful of #spinach
Preparation
Cover in coconut water & blitz until smoothie
Depending on the power of your blender you may need to soak the cashew nuts in water for a couple of hours
