Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1tbsp #cacao.
  • 1/2 tsp raw #cinnamon powder from @indigo_herbs .
  • a small handful of #cashews .
  • 1/2 #avocado .
  • ginger optional.
  • small handful of #spinach

Preparation

  1. Cover in coconut water & blitz until smoothie

  2. Depending on the power of your blender you may need to soak the cashew nuts in water for a couple of hours
