Great Skin Boosting Avocado Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 tsp raw cinnamon powder
  • small handful of cashews
  • 1/2 avocado
  • ginger (optional)
  • small handful of spinach
  • coconut water

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews in water for a couple of hours if your blender is not powerful.

  2. Cover all ingredients with coconut water and blend until smooth.
