Healthy Smoothie Bowl with Dates and Greens

- coconut water
- chia seeds
- kiwifruit
- spinach
- kale
- banana
- avocado
- medjool dates
- peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 teaspoon almond powder
- toasted organic granola
- goji berries
Preparation
Soak chia seeds overnight in coconut water.
Blend the green combination of kiwifruit, spinach, kale, banana, and avocado.
Blend the brown combination of medjool dates, banana, peanut butter, 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder, 1 teaspoon manuka honey, 1 teaspoon matcha, and 1 teaspoon almond powder.
While mixing, add toasted organic granola with goji berries.
