Turmeric Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • small chunk fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp soaked chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • milled flaxseeds
  • pomegranate

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews and chia seeds in water for several hours or overnight

  2. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  4. Add toppings: milled flaxseeds and pomegranate
