Turmeric Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- small chunk fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp soaked chia seeds
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup coconut milk
Toppings
- milled flaxseeds
- pomegranate
Preparation
Soak cashews and chia seeds in water for several hours or overnight
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add toppings: milled flaxseeds and pomegranate
