  • 1tsp carrot powder
  • 1/4 cup coconutwater
  • 1 royal gala apple
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1tsp matcha
  • 1tsp wheat grass powder
  • some toasted granola
  • chiaseeds

Preparation

  1. made this red beauty with 1/4 cup raspberries 1 frozen bananas, 1 tomato, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup peaches , 1tsp carrot powder 1/4 cup coconutwater , 1 royal gala apple

  2. Green combo is 1 kiwifruit, banana 1tsp matcha, 1tsp wheat grass powder added some toasted granola and chiaseeds into it while eating additional nutrition to your smoothie yummm
