Refreshing Red and Green Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries (for red smoothie)
  • 1 frozen banana (for red smoothie)
  • 1 tomato (for red smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (for red smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup peaches (for red smoothie)
  • 1 tsp carrot powder (for red smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (for red smoothie)
  • 1 royal gala apple (for red smoothie)
  • 1 kiwifruit (for green smoothie)
  • 1 banana (for green smoothie)
  • 1 tsp matcha (for green smoothie)
  • 1 tsp wheat grass powder (for green smoothie)
  • toasted granola (for toppings)
  • chia seeds (for toppings)

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits and prepare ingredients by cutting into pieces if necessary

  2. Blend the red smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth

  3. Blend the green smoothie ingredients together in a blender until smooth

  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, add toasted granola and chia seeds on top, and serve immediately
