- 1/4 cup coconutwater
- 1 royal gala apple
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1tsp matcha
- 1tsp wheat grass powder
- some toasted granola
- chiaseeds

made this red beauty with 1/4 cup raspberries 1 frozen bananas, 1 tomato, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup peaches , 1tsp carrot powder 1/4 cup coconutwater , 1 royal gala apple
Green combo is 1 kiwifruit, banana 1tsp matcha, 1tsp wheat grass powder added some toasted granola and chiaseeds into it while eating additional nutrition to your smoothie yummm
