Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 huge handfuls of spinach (I literally used the entire box because it was about to go bad ?)
- 1 tsp chlorella powder
- 1 tsp wheatgrass
- 1 tsp maca
- 2 tsp turmeric and about a cup of coconut water. Very green tasting but refreshing and a great way to start Monday
