Tropical Citrus Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- a dash of ginger powder
- (optional) 1 tsp @yoursuperfoods Forever Beautiful and/or Energy Bomb
- 1/2 cup water
Chia pudding
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 to 4 tbsp unsweetened plant mylk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- (optional) dash of vanilla protein powder or extract
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender.
For the chia pudding, combine 1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 to 4 tbsp unsweetened plant mylk, 1 tsp maple syrup, and optional dash of vanilla protein powder or extract.
Whisk the chia pudding mixture together and let it sit for about 10 minutes, stirring again halfway through.
Put the chia pudding at the bottom of your smoothie cup.
Pour the smoothie on top.
Lightly swirl the two together.
Stick a straw in and serve.
