Gluten Free Flatbreads
Ingredients
- 80g (per person) gluten free plain flour or whole wheat. i used 160g in this mix and it made 4 flatbreads
- i used
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- water (to mix with)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together make a well and Simply Add water until it comes together as a dough using a spoon then get your hands in there. Use a smidge of extra flour whilst kneading then roll out to 3/4 millimetres (flour as you go)
Heat up some coconut oil in a non stick pan @circulonuk then Add the flatbread to the pan, cook on both sides until both sides are slighted charred
