Gluten Free Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 80g (per person) gluten free plain flour or whole wheat. i used 160g in this mix and it made 4 flatbreads
  • i used
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • water (to mix with)

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together make a well and Simply Add water until it comes together as a dough using a spoon then get your hands in there. Use a smidge of extra flour whilst kneading then roll out to 3/4 millimetres (flour as you go)

  2. Heat up some coconut oil in a non stick pan @circulonuk then Add the flatbread to the pan, cook on both sides until both sides are slighted charred
