Gluten Free Flatbreads with Herbs and Spices

Ingredients

  • 80g per person gluten free plain flour or whole wheat. I used 160g in this mix and it made 4 flatbreads

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • Water to mix with

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and make a well.

  2. Add water until it comes together as a dough using a spoon then get your hands in there.

  3. Use a smidge of extra flour whilst kneading then roll out to 3/4 millimetres, flour as you go.

  4. Heat up some coconut oil in a non-stick pan then add the flatbread to the pan.

  5. Cook on both sides until both sides are slightly charred.

Serving ideas

  1. Rip up and serve with a plate of hummus to share.

  2. Serve it on the side with chickpea curry.

  3. Use it as a wrap.

  4. Make easy pizzas with them.
