Gluten Free Flatbreads with Herbs and Spices
Ingredients
- 80g per person gluten free plain flour or whole wheat. I used 160g in this mix and it made 4 flatbreads
Seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- Water to mix with
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together and make a well.
Add water until it comes together as a dough using a spoon then get your hands in there.
Use a smidge of extra flour whilst kneading then roll out to 3/4 millimetres, flour as you go.
Heat up some coconut oil in a non-stick pan then add the flatbread to the pan.
Cook on both sides until both sides are slightly charred.
Serving ideas
Rip up and serve with a plate of hummus to share.
Serve it on the side with chickpea curry.
Use it as a wrap.
Make easy pizzas with them.
