Fresh Lettuce Wraps with Tofu and Veggies for Summer

Ingredients

  • Handful mushrooms
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 2tb tahini
  • 3tb plantbased mayonnaise
  • 1/2ts chilli flakes
  • Thumb big piece of ginger
  • 1 pack smoked tofu
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful sprouts
  • 1/4 cucumber

Preparation

  1. chop the mushrooms in half

  2. Fry in sesame oil

  3. Deglaze with a splash of soy sauce

  4. Wash the salad and pick up the big leaves and place on a plate

  5. Chop ginger in tiny pieces

  6. Mix tahini, plantbased mayonnaise, 1tb soy sauce, chili and ginger

  7. Chop the tofu in small cubes

  8. Chop cilantro

  9. Chop avocado and cucumber in small pieces

  10. Chop carrots in thin stripes

  11. Now fill the lettuce leaves with all the ingredients

  12. Top with your sauce and a splash of lime
