Easy French Toast with Banana and Peach
Ingredients
- 2-3 bread slices
- 2 eggs
- coconut oil or other
- banana and peach slices
Preparation
Beat the eggs into a shallow bowl.
Dip both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture to cover well.
Heat a non-stick pan and add oil if desired.
Fry the bread slices on both sides until done.
Once cooked, slice the French toast and arrange on a plate.
Fry the banana and peach slices in the pan until slightly caramelized.
Place the caramelized fruit on top of the French toast.
