Easy French Toast with Banana and Peach

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bread slices
  • 2 eggs
  • coconut oil or other
  • banana and peach slices

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs into a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture to cover well.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan and add oil if desired.

  4. Fry the bread slices on both sides until done.

  5. Once cooked, slice the French toast and arrange on a plate.

  6. Fry the banana and peach slices in the pan until slightly caramelized.

  7. Place the caramelized fruit on top of the French toast.
