Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Coconut oil
  • 2 pieces of sourdough
  • homemade blackberry jam
  • @maranathanutbutters organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and jam on the other.

  3. Place banana slices on the peanut butter side and cover with the jam side.

  4. Grill in the pan for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on heat.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
