Grilled Banana Stuffed Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough or bread of choice
  • Homemade blackberry jam or jam of choice
  • Organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and jam on the other.

  3. Place the banana slices on the peanut butter side and cover with the jam side bread.

  4. Grill in the pan for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on heat.
