Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough
  • homemade blackberry jam
  • organic creamy peanut butter from @maranathanutbutters
  • 1/2 banana
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and chia jam on the other.

  3. Place banana coins on the peanut butter side and cover with the bread that has jelly.

  4. Grill in the pan for 3-4 minutes per side depending on heat.

  5. Devour.
