Vegan Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • 2 slices vegan cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegan cheese curds
  • 2 tablespoons kimchi
  • Coconut oil or vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Spread coconut oil on the bread and assemble the sandwich.
