Vegan Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- 2 slices vegan cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons vegan cheese curds
- 2 tablespoons kimchi
- Coconut oil or vegan butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread coconut oil on the bread and assemble the sandwich.
Heat a cast iron pan.
Carefully place the sandwich in the pan and press with another heavy pan.
Once browned on both sides, transfer to the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and gooey.
