Ultimate Vegan Kimchi Pesto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices seeded sourdough
  • 3 tbsp kimchi
  • 2 tbsp homemade pesto
  • 50g vegan Pizza Cheese
  • pinch salt

Optional

  • pinch black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough slices on the inside first

  2. On one toasted slice, layer the kimchi and then the vegan cheese slices

  3. Spread pesto on the other toasted slice and place it on top

  4. Toast the assembled sandwich in a toastie grill, pan, or under the oven grill until the outside is golden and the cheese is melted

  5. Serve and enjoy

Tips

  1. You can use a toastie grill for deep lines, or a skillet, a simple frying pan with a little oil, or under the oven grill
