Peanut Butter Snicker Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • - Peanut butter (smooth) to cover bananas
  • - Crushed peanuts
  • - Melted dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Peel the banana, insert ice cream sticks and put them in the freezer for at least 1 hour

  2. Then cover the bananas with peanut butter and roll them in crushed peanuts

  3. Put them in the freezer again for about 1 hour

  4. Meanwhile melt the chocolate over a water bath and let cool down while waiting for the bananas

  5. Then cover the peanut covered bananas with the chocolate

  6. Store in freezer
