Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough
  • homemade blackberry jam
  • @maranathanutbutters organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • coconut oil (for spraying)

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Peanut butter on one piece of bread, chia jam on the other.

  3. Place the banana coins on the peanut butter and place the bread with jelly over top.

  4. Grill in pan for 3-4 minutes per side depending on heat.

  5. Devour.
