Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread
  • homemade blackberry jam
  • @maranathanutbutters organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • coconut oil for spraying

Preparation

  1. Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat

  2. Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and chia jam on the other

  3. Place banana coins on the peanut butter side and cover with the jam-covered bread

  4. Grill in the pan for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on heat

  5. Serve and enjoy
