Peanut Butter and Sautéed Apple Toast with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • Peanut butter
  • 1 apple, diced
  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add a bit of coconut oil.

  2. Add the diced apple to the skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. Sauté the apple for about 5-6 minutes, or until it becomes soft.

  4. While the apple is cooking, toast 2 slices of sourdough bread.

  5. Spread peanut butter on one slice of the toasted sourdough bread.

  6. Spread the mashed avocado on the other slice of toasted sourdough bread.

  7. Once the sautéed apples are soft, remove them from the skillet and let them cool slightly.

  8. Place the sautéed apples on top of the slice with peanut butter.

  9. Place the avocado-topped slice of sourdough bread on top to create a sandwich.

  10. Enjoy your sweet and savory toast creation!
