Paleo Waffles for Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • optional- 1-2 tbsp vanilla collagen or protein.

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together, heat your waffle iron, grease it with some nonstick spray, add your batter

  2. Let the waffles cook according to the timer on your waffle maker

  3. I topped these with a little Pb + honey + caramelized bananas
