Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
- 1 large handful frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 large or 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots
- 1 date or 1/2 frozen banana
- 2/3 cup @rebbl chai ashwaganda drink or almond milk
- 1 big scoop protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
- 2 tablespoons @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond yogurt
Optional additions
- 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
- 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder
- Granola from @oatmygoodness
- Almond yogurt
- Coconut shreds
- Rose petals and star anise from @simplyorganicfoods
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into a glass and add optional toppings if desired
