Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
  • 1 large handful frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 large or 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 date or 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup @rebbl chai ashwaganda drink or almond milk
  • 1 big scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond yogurt

Optional additions

  • 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
  • 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder
  • Granola from @oatmygoodness
  • Almond yogurt
  • Coconut shreds
  • Rose petals and star anise from @simplyorganicfoods

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy

  3. Pour into a glass and add optional toppings if desired
