Skin-Friendly Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
  • 1 large handful frozen cauliflower
  • 2 dates
  • 1 @rebbl ashwaganda chai drink or 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder or @philosophielove cacao magic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond yogurt

Optional add-ins

  • 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
  • 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Almond yogurt
  • Coconut shreds
  • Star anise

Preparation

  1. Blend all main ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Add optional add-ins if desired and blend again.

  3. Pour into glasses and top with granola, almond yogurt, coconut shreds, and star anise.
