Healthy Turmeric Spiced Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
  • 2 scoops of the protein of your choice
  • 1 tsp Moodbeli turmeric tonic blend
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Top with plant-based yogurt, coconut, kumquat or some citrus, and frozen berries.
