Healthy Turmeric Spiced Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
- 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- 2 scoops of the protein of your choice
- 1 tsp Moodbeli turmeric tonic blend
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top with plant-based yogurt, coconut, kumquat or some citrus, and frozen berries.
