Blue Tahini Smoothie for Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 dates
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 cardamom pod
- Pinch of pink sea salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients with a bit of ice.
