Blue Tahini Smoothie for Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • Pinch of pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with a bit of ice.
