Chocolate Tahini Fudge

Ingredients

  • • 15 oz. can coconut milk
  • • 1/2 cup tahini
  • • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup
  • • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • • Flaky sea salt

Preparation

  1. Simmer coconut milk, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and tahini for 5 min

  2. Until slightly thickened

  3. Stir in vanilla

  4. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan

  5. Freeze for 1 hr until set

  6. Cut into bites and sprinkle with flaky sea salt
