Chocolate Tahini Fudge
Ingredients
- • 15 oz. can coconut milk
- • 1/2 cup tahini
- • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup
- • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • Flaky sea salt
Preparation
Simmer coconut milk, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and tahini for 5 min
Until slightly thickened
Stir in vanilla
Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan
Freeze for 1 hr until set
Cut into bites and sprinkle with flaky sea salt
