Morning Brightener Smoothie Bowls with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 dessert spoons of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp of lucuma

Beetroot cherry mix

  • 1 small beetroot, peeled
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 good handful of oats
  • 1 tsp of Supervital powder
  • 10 cherries (frozen)
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  • 100ml of whole milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the strawberry and lucuma mixture.

  2. Blend the beetroot and cherry mixture.
