Beetroot Cherry Smoothie Bowl with Oats and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 small beetroot peeled & cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 1/4 cup oats
- A small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 packet of frozen açaí berries
- 1 or 2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of hemp & baobab protein powder
Preparation
Add everything to the blender and leave the oats to soak for 20 minutes or more.
Then blend until smooth.
Spoon into bowl and then top with granola, tahini, grapes, cherries and a chunk of chocolate.
