Delicious Green Smoothie with Banana and Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 1 massive handful of spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Squeeze of 1/4 lemon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- Small handful frozen mango
- Coconut milk (to cover)
Preparation
Cover all ingredients in coconut milk and let soak for 10 minutes.
Then blend until smooth.
