Delicious Green Smoothie with Banana and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • 1 massive handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Squeeze of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • Small handful frozen mango
  • Coconut milk (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Cover all ingredients in coconut milk and let soak for 10 minutes.

  2. Then blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy and soothe!
