Creamy Avocado and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 5-6 spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt or any other non-dairy substitute
- 1 tbsp steel cut oats
- 2 tsp honey
- Fresh grated coconut
- Chia seeds
Preparation
Grind together the avocado, banana, spinach leaves, greek yogurt or substitute, steel cut oats, and honey.
Top the mixture with fresh grated coconut and chia seeds.
