Creamy Avocado and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 5-6 spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt or any other non-dairy substitute
  • 1 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Fresh grated coconut
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Grind together the avocado, banana, spinach leaves, greek yogurt or substitute, steel cut oats, and honey.

  2. Top the mixture with fresh grated coconut and chia seeds.
