  • - 1 teaspoon reishi powder which I love to relax on a hectic morning
  • - 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon

  3. Shelled chopped pistachios

  4. Manitobaharvest hemp seeds

  5. A swirl of plant-based yogurt

  6. A swirl of nut butter
