Pitaya Reishi Bowl
Ingredients
- - 1 packet - 1 banana
- - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- - 1/2 cup almond milk which I’ve been loving since - 2 tablespoons cashew yogurt or another plant-based yogurt
- - 1 teaspoon reishi powder which I love to relax on a hectic morning
- - 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together and top with
Sliced banana
Shelled chopped pistachios
Manitobaharvest hemp seeds
A swirl of plant-based yogurt
A swirl of nut butter
