Cacao and Cardamom Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 large dessert spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • 100ml of coconut milk

Toppings

  • coconut chips
  • puffed buckwheat
  • pumpkin seeds
  • additional almond butter
  • 80% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Let the ingredients soak in the fridge.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with coconut chips, puffed buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, additional almond butter, and 80% dark chocolate.
