Cacao Smoothie with Banana and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- A small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 date
- 1 to 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
- 1 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- Coconut milk
Preparation
Add all the dry ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Pour over the coconut milk.
Leave to soak for about 20 minutes if you have time.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with an apple for added crunch if desired.
