Lemon Poppyseed Oatmeal with Blueberries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Steel cut oats
  • Water or milk
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Honey
  • Greek yogurt or lemon yogurt
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix steel cut oats with water or milk.

  2. Add juice from half a lemon, 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds, and honey.
