Lemon Poppyseed Oatmeal with Blueberries and Yogurt
Ingredients
- Steel cut oats
- Water or milk
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Honey
- Greek yogurt or lemon yogurt
- Blueberries
Preparation
Mix steel cut oats with water or milk.
Add juice from half a lemon, 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds, and honey.
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Pair with Greek yogurt or lemon yogurt.
Top with blueberries and honey.
If too tart, adjust with more honey or less lemon juice.
