Apple Cinnamon Overnight Steel Cut Zoats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • Water
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1/2 apple
  • Maple syrup
  • Vanilla oat milk
  • Honey
  • Greek yogurt
  • Craisins
  • Butterscotch chips

Preparation

  1. Mix steel cut oats with water and cinnamon, and let 1/2 grated zucchini sit overnight

  2. Heat up half a chopped apple and mix with cinnamon and maple syrup

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes

  4. Mix in the oat mixture and heat again for 2 minutes with a splash of vanilla oat milk

  5. Add more maple syrup and honey

  6. Add greek yogurt on the side, along with craisins and butterscotch chips if desired
