Apple Cinnamon Overnight Steel Cut Zoats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- Water
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1/2 apple
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla oat milk
- Honey
- Greek yogurt
- Craisins
- Butterscotch chips
Preparation
Mix steel cut oats with water and cinnamon, and let 1/2 grated zucchini sit overnight
Heat up half a chopped apple and mix with cinnamon and maple syrup
Microwave for 2 minutes
Mix in the oat mixture and heat again for 2 minutes with a splash of vanilla oat milk
Add more maple syrup and honey
Add greek yogurt on the side, along with craisins and butterscotch chips if desired
