Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 Jazz apple
  • 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • Nut butter
  • Granola
  • Maple syrup
  • Sliced Jazz apple

Preparation

  1. Bring water to a boil, add oats and apple and stir to combine.

  2. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 7-10 minutes or until apple starts to soften.

  3. Reduce to low and stir in cinnamon.

  4. Remove from heat and serve into bowls.

  5. Top with nut butter, granola, maple syrup and sliced Jazz apple.
